Medical Ministries Group....

Community Impact for Christ (CIfC) is a multifaceted outreach designed to show Christ's love for our community.

Our prayer is to meet physical needs with the compassion of Christ and to follow the great Commission of making disciples.

Medical/Dental Team....

Physical health will be addressed through ministry of physicians, dentists, optometrists, nurses, and other health related ministry (health education, diet education, health screening). The health ministry will operate bimonthly from 6:30-8:30 pm. Care will include episodic and longitudinal follow up, and a limited pharmacy will be maintained. Limited dental and optometric screenings will be offered. The clinic services will be offered to those without health insurance and with income levels at/below 200% of poverty level.

Triage Team....

This team will be the first contact and help determine specific needs, then determine eligibility and direct people to the appropriate resource.

Translation Team....

This team will be available to help with translation during the bimonthly outreach and on an individual basis as needed by other teams.
